Wale Babalakin finally arrested by the EFCC

Wale Babalakin was arrested today shortly after he left the Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LUTH). He was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC  at LUTH where he sought refuge on the pretext of illness.
The fugitive businessman is currently being detained at the Ikoyi office of the EFCC where sources said he  might be granted another “administrative bail” pending his arraignment on January 17, 2013 before a Lagos Judge
