Wizkid’s MTV EMA Award Withdrawn, Given To Tanzanian Act Ali Kiba

Wizkid was dealt a heavy blow yesterday after MTV EMA announced he isn’t the winner of the Best African Category at the Award ceremony that took place in Sweden last week.

The Nigerian star was announced as the winner of the award during the show and even sent in an acceptance speech only for the organizers to declare a miscommunication. The award has now been giving to Wizkid ’s bitter rival Ali Kiba, a native of Tanzania.

Wizkid is yet to react to the news but he has deleted all the images relating to the award he shared on his Instagram page.
